Uniforms

Boys’ uniform consists of:

• gray pants
• blue (Gr. 1-4)/white (Gr. 5-8) shirt – long or short sleeve depending on weather
• blue ASD polo shirt – long or short sleeve (Kdg)
• school tie (1-8) Note:  Gr. 7-8 wear a navy and gray striped tie
• black belt
• sweater, navy blue cardigan (K-4)
• v-neck sweater or sweater vest, navy blue (5-6)
• blazer with school emblem on pocket (7-8)
• white, navy or black socks (no visible logos)
• shoes (K-8) to be purchased at Flynn O'Hara Uniforms.
• Coat, navy (can be purchased through school or have no visible logo other than ASD)
• Gym uniform as required
• Sneakers, all white with no logo for physical education class and use with summer uniform

Girls’ uniform consists of:

• Jumper (K-4)
• Skirt (5-8)
• White blouse – Peter Pan collar (K-4)
• White oxford blouse (5-8)
• Sweater, navy cardigan (K-4)
• V-neck sweater or sweater vest, navy blue (Gr. 5-8)
• Knee socks, navy
• Shoes – Flynn O'Hara Uniforms.
• Coat, navy or black.
• Gym uniform as required
• Sneakers, all white with no logo for physical education class and use with summer uniform

PreKindergarten uniform / Gym Uniform (K-8)

The uniform must be purchased from the Academy of St. Dorothy school office.  It consists of the following:

• Navy blue sweatshirt
• Navy blue sweatpants
• Navy blue shorts (mesh or cotton) (PreKindergarten – cotton blend only)
• Gray t-shirt
• White socks (no visible logos)

** Students are to wear their gym uniforms to school on gym day.  Shorts may only be worn during the time of summer uniform.

• PreKindergarten students may wear any kind of velcro sneaker.
• PreKindergarten students may wear any type of coat/jacket.
• PreKindergarten uniforms are worn on a daily basis except for days denoted as “special occasions”.

Summer uniforms are optional.  Summer uniforms consist of ASD polo shirts and navy shorts or skorts (all must be purchased from Flynn & O’Hara).  Students may choose to wear only the summer shirt with their skirt or pants.  Students in Kindergarten through Gr. 4 will wear light blue polo and Gr. 5-8 students will wear a white polo. 
                                   
All students in Kindergarten – Grade 8 are required to purchase a regulation school bag determined by grade. Bags are to be purchased from the school.
